Inside Sales Representative

You are the one that keeps the business rolling in and focused to hit company numbers. As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and sales over the phone and through email/fax marketing campaigns. We need a team of high-achievers, who want to learn and grow within the company. You'll be entering an extremely fast paced environment where you will be able to successfully hone your closing ability and are encouraged to develop and implement new sales strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for managing a large territory with the direct objective to increase account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Dial a high volume of outbound calls from existing database of leads and opportunities
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and follow-up on conference leads
  • Process inbound calls and delegate to the appropriate outside representative if needed
  • Proactively and with a regular cadence demonstrate to the customer the defined value of partnering with InSource Diagnostics both pre- and post- sales
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and develops plans for introducing new solutions through collaborative relationships
  • Serve as liaison between Outside Sales and Client Services department
  • Assist Outside Sales with market specific prospecting as outlined
  • Accompany Sales for Off-site client meetings from time to time
  • Participate in marketing and community events
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely well-organized with high attention to detail
  • Ability to liaise well with others, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, detail-oriented and organized professional. You’re able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Willingness to do everything and anything
  • Hungry and eager to win attitude

Nice to Haves

  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
