Office Coordinator

You are the one that keeps the entire machine moving in the right direction. As the office coordinator, you will oversee all office operations and procedures no matter how big or small. You will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all office coordinator responsibilities are completed on time and accurately.

Job Reports To

  • Human Resources Manager/Manager of Client Services

What You'll Do

  • Greet visitors with a smile; obtain pertinent information for appropriate individuals.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls with a warm demeanor
  • Manage all outgoing and ingoing mail
  • Manage general office maintenance, order kitchen and office supplies/equipment, and organize and schedule meetings and appointments as necessary
  • Contributes to team effort by assisting the Client Services Department when needed
  • Assist Human Resources with company events, ordering food, and contribute to the unique Insource Diagnostics culture!
  • Support team with travel arrangements as necessary
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely well-organized with high attention to detail
  • Ability to liaise well with others, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, detail-oriented and organized professional. You’re able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in a Healthcare setting
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
