Outside Sales - Chicago, IL

You are the one that brings in the money for future business growth. As an Outside Sales Representative, you are responsible for developing new leads through cold-calling, establishing new clients, cultivating new business from existing accounts, and keeping up to date with new opportunities. We are seeking sales professionals interested in taking the next step in their career with an ethical company that is growing quickly within the clinical diagnostics space.

  • CSO/Sales Manager

What you'll do

  • Develop new accounts from a database of supplied leads
  • Network within your existing relationships  to identify new account potentials
  • Train office staff on various products and services
  • Maintains all client data into company CRM
  • Creates and maintains call plans to qualify new and existing referrals to grow the business
  • Process patient orders, collecting all documents required for billing & client services based on company policy and forwarding orders to appropriate department for delivery.
  • Maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving and following up on customer concerns
  • Any ad-hoc tasks or projects requested of Sales management

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year accredited university or equivalent experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with good discipline and time management skills
  • Hard working, motivated and hungry to succeed
  • Develop strong relationships with all levels of personnel in a physician office
  • Ability to overcome objections and create opportunities
  • Ethical business practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely well-organized with high attention to detail

Nice to haves

  • 1-2 years experience in outside sales, business development or inside sales
  • Bilingual in English/Other
  • Strong technical aptitude to learn company systems
  • Looking for a long term growth opportunity
